- These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without informing you. It is therefore your responsibility to check our website on a regular basis to find out about any changes. Use of our website means you have accepted these terms and conditions.

- Consumer data held by SABON will be kept strictly confidential. Absolutely no information posted to our SABON online website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than engaged contractor or service provider for the purposes of credit card purchase validation, fulfillment for order delivery, marketing and promotion. SABON will use this information internally, and do not share any consumer data.
- SABON are always complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). In doing so, SABON will ensure our staff strictly follow the standards of security and confidentiality.
3. Price
- All prices on SABON online website are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
- All prices listed on SABON online website are current however are subject to change without advanced notice.
4. Payment Method
- SABON online website accepts payment made by WeChat Pay, Alipay, Visa™ and MasterCard™.
- Order transaction at SABON online website will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to FAIRTON SENSE LIMITED. Credit card payments are processed at the time when the orders are confirmed and the products are ready for delivery.
5. Product Delivery
- SABON undertakes to process all orders and to deliver the products ordered (in the available stock) within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) upon order payment is confirmed.
- Please note there may be a extra shipping cost for all shipment to Outlying Islands and Airport area.
- All orders can only be delivered to Hong Kong.
6. Return & Exchange
- No refunds (including delivery fee) will be accepted.
- Orders cannot be amended once proceeded.
- SABON will only accept for exchange of products purchased from SABON online website under following conditions:
- products are damaged in the delivery process;
- defective products; or
- incorrect products are delivered.
- All claims must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 days and accompanied with a photo of products. All products must not be opened or used, and must be accompanied with original receipt.
- All exchange products are subject to our inspection after returned to SABON. SABON will process the exchange within 10 days from date of receipt of your exchange application.
- In case of any dispute, SABON’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
7. Instructions for Product Use
The recommended best before date is one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the packaging. Variations in colour, texture, and fragrance are normal.
- Products are for external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If it does, please rinse immediately with water.
- If skin has allergic reaction, please stop using or consult doctor if necessary.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Please read the instructions carefully before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
- On its web site, SABON tries to provide its customers with a detailed description of products, but cannot guarantee that the description of products or any other content of www.sabon.com.hk is complete or entirely lacking errors.
- SABON also assumes no liability for any kind of loss such as: data loss, lost profits, impossibility to use web site information, modifications, without prior notice, of data, prices or site structure.

If so delayed we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing our obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of products are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the products.
10. Use of Cookies
- SABON online website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience. Cookies are pieces of computer code stored on your computer or other mobile/handheld device when you visit certain pages of this website. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information and are not harmful to your computer but can be used to ‘remember’ previous visits to our website.
