Return & Exchange
- No refunds (including delivery fee) will be accepted.
- Orders cannot be amended once proceeded.
- SABON will only accept for exchange of products purchased from SABON online website under following conditions:
- products are damaged in the delivery process;
- defective products; or
- incorrect products are delivered.
- All claims must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 days and accompanied with a photo of products. All products must not be opened or used, and must be accompanied with original receipt.
- All exchange products are subject to our inspection after returned to SABON. SABON will process the exchange within 10 days from date of receipt of your exchange application.
- In case of any dispute, SABON’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
The recommended best before date is one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the packaging. Variations in colour, texture, and fragrance are normal.
- Products are for external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If it does, please rinse immediately with water.
- If skin has allergic reaction, please stop using or consult doctor if necessary.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Please read the instructions carefully before use.
